He has trained high-profile clients, been an international fitness consultant, presenter and educator, and has been an ambassador of fitness for Nike, Adidas, Les Mills International, TRX Training, Nuun, and Body Bike. Justin brings extensive knowledge of fitness to AFCEO.

Creator and Executive Producer Janell Vela Smith is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Tukong Moosul and a 1st degree in Taekwondo and has 20 years experience training professional and novice athletes. Her extensive and diverse background in film, martial arts, and fitness training has allowed her to create a fresh and exciting approach to fitness and health.

Coach/Trainer Jeff Blake is a 14 year veteran NFL Quarterback.  Jeff currently facilitates future Pro-prospect athletes by tutoring them on technique, mechanics and honing the skills necessary to raise their game to the next level. Jeff was known for his professionalism and ambassadorship during his time in the NFL and enjoys mentoring young athletes on sportsmanship, sports philosophy and career management. Jeff is a passionate supporter of “Maggie’s Hope”, a charity dedicated to supporting and finding a cure for children with Autism and is interested in working with anybody willing to support the cause.

Coach/Trainer Dan McDonogh’s passion for health, fitness and sport began as a child and as no surprise this passion shaped into a full time career as an adult. Dan is currently the Group Training & Development Manager at TRX in San Francisco. In July of 2012, he was awarded the Group Fitness Instructor of the Year from IDEA Health and Fitness Association www.ideafit.com. In 2008, he was recognized as one of Canada’s top 10 Personal Trainers www.canfitpro.com His areas of expertise are Athletic Development for all ages and Outdoor/Indoor Cycling. He graduated from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Canada with Recreation Management and holds certifications with CanFit Pro. Dan is also the founder of Rooster Racing International, a group for determined Fitness Professional & Cyclists raising awareness and funds for the Livestrong Foundation.

Coach/Trainer Tim Valderrama is the owner and founder of Austin Executive Fitness. He has over 15 years experience in fitness training. He earned a B.S. in Exercise Science from Texas State University. He believes in the full body and mind approach to fitness training and is passionately committed to each one of his clients.
